Screwy idea? Several of our wines come in bottles sealed with a screwcap instead of a cork. Cork is not perfect, allowing air to penetrate often spoiling an estimated 10% of wines! Plus it’s expensive. Many formidable wineries are switching screwcaps; there is no correlation between screwcaps and quality!
